Privacy Notice
This notice describes the information handled by the Brew Joy website and its partner enquiry form.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Brewjoy Distillers and Beverages (P) Ltd. ("Brew Joy", "we"). For any privacy question, write to info@brewjoybeer.com.
When you contact us
The form asks for your name, work email, business type and message. Your business or venue name is optional. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.
The website sends these details by email to info@brewjoybeer.com so the Brew Joy team can respond and discuss your enquiry. Hosting and email services process the information as part of sending and receiving that message.
Your browser
The site stores an age-confirmation preference in your browser’s local storage, so you do not need to answer the age question on every visit. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored browser data.
The website hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to deliver the website and operate its infrastructure.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from, the device and browser used, and whether the enquiry form is sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to estimate location. We do not send your name, email or message to Google Analytics. You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
External links
Instagram opens only when you follow an Instagram link; the website does not automatically load Instagram embeds. External services have their own privacy notices and settings.
Questions about your information
For questions about an enquiry, how long its information is kept, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact info@brewjoybeer.com. Include enough context for the team to identify the enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Adults only
This website is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their location. If information was submitted by someone under that age, please contact the team so it can be addressed.
